Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Wolverine Management Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Built for Life, covering this website and the telehealth services offered through it. By creating an account, booking a consultation, or using the service, you accept them.

Built for Life does not provide emergency care. If you are having a medical emergency — including chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, a severe allergic reaction, or thoughts of harming yourself — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Do not use this website or a text message to report an emergency; messages are not monitored around the clock.

What the service is

Built for Life connects you with licensed clinicians for telehealth care in longevity, metabolic health, physician-guided weight management, GLP-1 therapies, men’s and women’s hormone optimization, preventive health, and wellness optimization. Where a clinician judges it appropriate, care may include prescription medications and evidence-based supplements. Clinical fulfilment and our pharmacy network run through TrueEval.

Care is delivered remotely, by video, phone, or secure message. Telehealth is not the right setting for every condition. A clinician may decline to treat you, may require in-person evaluation or laboratory work first, and may decide not to prescribe. No consultation guarantees a prescription, and paying for a consultation buys the clinician’s time and judgment, not a particular outcome or medication.

Who may use it

To use the service you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Be physically located in a state where our clinicians are licensed at the time of your visit.
  • Provide accurate, complete information about your health, your medications, and your identity, and keep it up to date.
  • Use the service for yourself, not on behalf of someone else.

Withholding or misstating health information can make care unsafe. We may suspend or end your access if information you give us is false, if you misuse the service, or if a clinician judges that continuing care remotely is not in your interest.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at sean@builtforlifemed.com if you believe someone else has access to it.

Fees and payment

Prices are shown before you are charged. Where they apply, consultation fees, membership fees, laboratory fees, and medication costs are billed separately, and medication is paid to the dispensing pharmacy under its own terms. You authorise us and the payment processor we use to charge the card you provide for the amounts you agree to, including any recurring charge for a membership or plan until you cancel it. Prices may change; we will give notice before a changed price applies to a renewal. You are responsible for any taxes.

We do not bill health insurance and we are not in-network with any insurer or with Medicare or Medicaid. You may be able to submit a receipt to your insurer or spend account yourself; whether it is reimbursed is between you and them. If a payment fails or is charged back, we may suspend service until the balance is settled.

Cancellation

You can cancel a membership at any time by emailing sean@builtforlifemed.com or calling 941-600-9860. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively cancel a period already begun. Cancel at least [TO CONFIRM: notice period] before your renewal date so the change lands before the charge.

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to [TO CONFIRM: cancellation window] before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations inside that window, and missed appointments, may be charged in full because the clinician’s time is held for you. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate the service, or your access to it, for non-payment, misuse, or where required by law or clinical judgment. If we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

Your responsibilities

  • Follow the treatment plan you agree with your clinician, and tell them if you stop.
  • Report side effects, new symptoms, and new medications promptly.
  • Complete the laboratory work your clinician orders — some prescriptions cannot be continued without it.
  • Do not share, resell, or transfer medication prescribed to you.
  • Keep an in-person primary care relationship for anything telehealth cannot cover.

Website content and intellectual property

Everything on this website — text, images, the Built for Life name and logo — is owned by Wolverine Management Group LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. Educational content on the site is general information, not medical advice, and does not create a clinician-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when a licensed clinician accepts you as a patient.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except for the professional care your clinician owes you under the applicable standard of care, the website and service are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that messages will always be delivered on time.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Wolverine Management Group LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the website or service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for professional negligence, gross negligence, fraud, or personal injury caused by our willful misconduct. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you and we each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing anything, please contact us at sean@builtforlifemed.com — most problems are faster to fix directly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will give you notice before it takes effect.

Still being confirmed

We would rather leave a gap visible than state something we have not confirmed. The following are still being settled and this page will be updated when they are. Where a value is marked [TO CONFIRM] in the text above, that is a placeholder, not a commitment.

  • The notice period for cancelling a membership before a renewal charge.
  • The appointment cancellation window, and whether a late cancellation or no-show is charged.
  • Whether memberships and recurring charges are offered at launch, and at what price.
